If your item is faulty or damaged, please email us to discuss receiving a replacement.
Zoe's Fight merchandise is shipped via regular Australia Post.
Orders are packed and dispatched by volunteers weekly - please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched, plus standard Australia Post shipping times from Moriac, VIC, to arrive at your destination.
Unfortunately, we can take no responsibility for any items lost in transit.
