If your item is faulty or damaged, please email us to discuss receiving a replacement.
Zoe's Fight merchandise is shipped via regular Australia Post.

PLEASE NOTE: when purchased by themselves (with no other merchandise items), Zoe's Cards DO NOT have postage tracking included.

Orders are packed and dispatched by volunteers weekly - please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched, plus standard Australia Post shipping times from Moriac, VIC, to arrive at your destination.
