100% of proceeds from Zoe's Fight merchandise are donated to Zoe's Fight Foundation to help end kids brain cancer, and as such we do not offer returns or refunds on purchases under any circumstances, rather we thank you immensely for supporting our cause through your purchase.

If your item is faulty or damaged, please email us to discuss receiving a replacement.

All Zoe's Fight merchandise is shipped via regular Australia Post.

PLEASE NOTE: when purchased by themselves (with no other merchandise items), Car Stickers DO NOT have postage tracking included.

Orders are packed and dispatched by volunteers weekly - please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched, plus standard Australia Post shipping times from Moriac, VIC, to arrive at your destination.

Unfortunately, we can take no responsibility for any items lost in transit.
